Biography
Stephen J. Anderson is a 1958 graduate of the University of Connecticut and received his Juris Doctorate from its Law School in 1961. He is admitted to practice in the Courts of Connecticut, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a resident of Berlin and has served as its Town Counsel. He has also served as a director of several financial and charitable corporations and acts as a state trial referee.
